If your employer or insurer has a contract with MentaVitalis, you can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to talk about any emotional or personal difficulties you may be facing. Your call will be answered by a qualified counsellor offering immediate support.
When appropriate, we can refer you to a professional coach or psychologist in our network. Our counselling is results-oriented and strictly anonymous. Your employer or insurance company will not be informed about any support offered.
